Peter Sprogis - Chairman
Peter Sprogis has spent most of his career in the sponsorship and TV industry. As the original founding member of Prisma Sports and Media, he headed the company's new business development group, marketing, new media and TV distribution and production operations - based in London.
More recently, he founded iVentures, a company which is dedicated to coordinating the Kirch Group's new media interests in sports - including those of Prisma Sports and Media as well as the FIFA World Cups of 2002 and 2006.
Formerly managing director of ISL Television in London, he was instrumental in building the distribution of the European Football Championship's international TV coverage, International Basketball Federation and the International Athletics Association to new all-time highs - as well as coordinating over 45 international world athletic competitions in over 30 countries. He was the originator and chief negotiator of the successful $2.8 billion bid for FIFA World Cup's media rights with financial support from the Kirch Group. Eventually Kirch would become a major shareholder and supporter of Prisma and award Prisma the implementation of the distribution of the World Cup TV rights in Europe jointly with ISL.
Mr Sprogis grew up in Canada, where he established a Canadian high school record of 73 points in a single game. He came to London after completing university (almost) and started his own semi-professional team - the Embassy All Stars. When he retired aged 28 - as coach, manager, owner and player - he was the leading all-time scorer of the National League, Great Britain Olympic team and the England National Team.
From 1979-1983 he was the Marketing Officer of the English Basketball Association and Director of the National League. In 1983 he joined the West Nally Group, working on cricket, football, motor racing and general sponsor sales.
In 1984, he was headhunted by the Horst Dassler-owned, newly-formed ISL, initially working as worldwide manager of the International Amateur Athletic Federation's (IAAF) marketing and TV programming and then the International Basketball Federation's (IBF) world championships. In 1993 he was appointed vice-president of ISL Television and in 1994 managing director for Television and New Business. He left in 1996 to form Prisma.
He established iVentures in 1998 on the premise that most media companies, like Prisma, would become obsolete as new broadband and wireless distribution systems would ensure that content rights owners would be delivering direct to consumer. He conceived Worldzap as early as late 1997, imagining videos being sent to handheld devices - and this company has been a forerunner in identifying sports clips as a major new source of revenue for content owners.
Peter is also the inventor and owner of the following issued patents - 6,191,825, 6,320,495, 6,932,698, 7,298,271

The company is an innovative market leader in the fast growing NFC business solution area. Adamsoft have accomplished several successful projects and have partners all around the world. Clients include Mobile Network Operators, Security Companies, Retailers and Wholesalers.
The team
The founder of the company is Adam Flis who started developing software solutions for small retailers in his early teenage years. His ideas based on simplicity and logical use of the program. When the majority of the retailers were using DOS programs Adam was already using Microsoft Windows. His approach met with great success. Soon he was not able to manage everything by himself so he started his company. The team got bigger and it started to collaborate with one of biggest retailers in Slovenia. They were setting up a loyalty system that enables receiving and redeeming credit points and discounts in real time. On this basis Adamsoft developed a special segment where club members can activate 10 products that they get constant discount. Only this retailer is able to maintain such system in Slovenia. Adamsoft prepared a connection between the retailer’s shops and his MNO Company. For each purchase a customer gets minutes that are transferred to his mobile account.
When working with MNO and with loyalty Adam became aware of a new technology, NFC (Near Field Communication). He realised that the future lay in NFC technology. He soon became an expert on the NFC eco system and NFC solution delivery. He became a NFC Forum Member in 2006 and contributes a great part of his knowledge in making standards for NFC. At this point Adam met Robert and Peter Sprogis and they had a brilliant idea of mobile loyalty. The mission is clear: win win combination for vendors and consumers – streamlining purchases, customer satisfaction and increased sales volume.
We are a reliable partner in developing and consulting especially in a field of NFC technology.
